Common checks

Open iPhone Settings → Notifications → Dose Pop and confirm notifications are allowed.
Check Focus modes and Silent Mode if reminders are not making sound.
Open Dose Pop after changing medication times so reminders can be refreshed.
Confirm the medication name, dose, and scheduled time are entered correctly.
